Staying on Track

It can be very hard to stay on track sometimes when maintaining a diet and exercise program. Especially the amount of fast food that is made available to us. It seems like everywhere you look there is a fast food restaurant and a thousand calorie burger just waiting for you to eat. Keep in mind that if you must eat at one of these fast food chains, try to eat chicken and stay away from the burgers. The beef is not lean and they put too much sauces. If you get a burger cancel the mayonnaise because it can add up to 300 more calories.
